IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT REFUNDS:

If you have made payments on a bus trip, you can get a refund up until the date

of the published "final payment due". If you have not contacted Diane Gaines

prior to this date indicating that you are cancelling, you will not be eligible for

a refund of deposit or any payments made up until that date. In some cases, based on date of cancellation, you may be eligible for a refund from Diamond tours, but the administrative fee from Fiesta is not refundable after advertised "final payment date". You must initiate purchase of trip insurance on your own, whether the trip is a "Diamond Tours" package or the trip is arranged by Fiesta Travel Designs. We are not responsible if you fail to get insurance.
