Travel Insurance Information

For those traveling with Fiesta Travel Designs on a "Diamond Tours" packaged tour, you may use Diamond Tours' own Travel Confident site to obtain trip insurance. For those traveling with Fiesta Travel Designs on a tour we created (as opposed to selling packaged tours from someone like Diamond Tours), you may choose from many options available online.  Please know that this is not an endorsement of any of those listed, we just wanted to offer options. Travel Agencies, like Fiesta Travel Designs, are not allowed to book insurance for our customers, as customers are now required to personally book their own. A link to "Travel Confident" is provide below.  Also, a listing of other providers can be downloaded below.  We are not responsible for those who do not obtain travel insurance. This is the responsibility of the traveler. 

Please Note: It is the policy of Fiesta Travel Designs that if a trip is cancelled after the advertised "final payment date",  a $100 administrative 

fee is non-refundable. Depending on the date of cancellation, partial refunds are available thru some outside companies. However, the only way to get a total/full refund is with trip insurance.  In most cases, we will try to "re-sale" the trip to another party in order to obtain a full refund for the traveler who cancelled (but didn't have insurance).
